General
How do I open an account?
Click "open an account" on the homepage, and fill in the appropriate fields. We require your name, valid email address, a username for access to your account, and a password. You may also add your e-currency account information at this time if you wish, or you may add them after you have registered using the "edit profile" button in the member's area.

How many accounts may I create?
You are only allowed to open one account. If we determine that you have opened more than one account, you will forfeit any deposits made across all accounts.

What if I forget my password?
Proceed to the login page, and click the "Forgot password" link. On the next page, you will enter your username or email address which you used to sign up with, and you will be emailed a new password.

May I change my password?
Yes, you may. From the member's area, click "edit profile" and you may change your password there.

May I change my e-currency account information?
You have to contact support if you wish to change your payment processor details. We do not allow any member to modify this information from the member's area to protect each member's account from theft. We will be happy to replace these details for you, once you have contacted support, and we have verified that you are the real owner of the account.

How secure is the website, and my personal data?
We implement a wide range of security measures to protect your account. Our website is protected against DDoS attacks, all transferred data is SSL-encrypted, and we use a licensed script. Our site is hosted on a dedicated server with a firewall installed on it.

DEPOSITS
How do I deposit into smart-funds.online?
Click the Deposit button in the member's area. There you will find four pay plans to choose from. Select one, and enter the amount in USD that you wish to deposit. From here you also have the option to make a deposit using funds already in your account balance.

How fast will my deposit be added to my account?
Any deposits you make with perfectmoney, advcash and payeer will be added instantly, and will reflect in your member's area immediately. When using bitcoin for deposits, after you have sent the funds, your deposit will be added to your account after 3 network confirmations.

May I make more than one deposit?
Yes, you may make as many deposits as you wish, and each deposit will accrue earnings separately.

What is the minimum and maximum amount I may deposit?
The minimum you may invest is $10 and the maximum is $50,000 USD.

May I make a deposit using the funds from my account balance?
Yes, you may, and we encourage this to save yourself and smart-funds.online some payment processor transaction fees, although it is not required to do so.

Which payment processors do you accept?
We accept Bitcoin, PerfectMoney, Advcash, and Payeer at this time.


WITHDRAWALS
How do I make a withdrawal?
Click the withdraw button in the member's area, and enter the amount you wish to withdraw. You may only withdraw using the payment processors you have an actual balance in.

What are the minimum and maximum amount I may withdraw?
The minimum amount you may withdraw is $1 and there is no maximum. However, because Bitcoin transaction fees are high the minimum there is $5, only for Bitcoin.

How long will it take to process my withdrawal?
Your withdrawal will be processed instantly after request.

Will I be charged a withdrawal fee?
No, we do not have any fees regarding withdrawals.

How many withdrawals am I permitted to make per day?
There is no limit on this. You may make as many withdrawals per day as you wish.


Affiliates
How much can I earn from referring new members to smart-funds.online?
We pay you a 5% commission payment on every deposit made through the payment processor of your referral. This commission will be added to your account balance instantly and is available for withdrawal immediately.

Do I have to have an active deposit to earn referral commissions?
No. You are not required to have an active deposit to earn referral commission.

If my referral deposits from his/her account balance, will I receive a referral commission?
No. Only deposits made from a payment processor are eligible to generate commissions.

Where can I find statistics on my referrals?
Click the Referrals button in the member's area to access your referrals username and email address. You can also find your referral's statistics in your transactions history by clicking the Transactions button in the member's area.

Do you offer any free promotional material?
Yes. Click the Affiliate Banners button in the member's area for access to a variety of banners in various sizes which you may use to promote smart-funds.online Ltd.
